Yap ! You can increase your brain & concentration power through brain games …
Hey everyone! Welcome! In this post we are going to talk about how you can train your brain through games .. this is part 1 ,it’s many parts will gonna happen..
Brain games no (1) SUDOKU:
This is my fab game🤗…
Did you know that the name “Sudoku” comes from two Japanese words : “su” , which means “number” , and “doku” , which means “single” . Literally translating it means “single numbers only”..
but but but… Interesting fact is that SUDOKU isn’t originally Japanese , but an American game . Modern Sudoku was invented in America under the name “Number Place”(in 1979) and later popularized as “Sudoku” by Japanese publisher Nikoli .
“Number Place” creator Howard Garns died in 1989 , before the game reached its world popularity .
Did you know?
There are a lot of possible combinations for the 9 x 9 Sudoku puzzle , but only 5,472,730,538 of them are valid and you need a whole lifetime to solve them all😱!That’s not it ! If you solve 1 Sudoku a day , you will need about 19 million years ?😶
By the way Sudoku is good for anyone and any age and helps develop mental abilities as well as keeps them in good condition 😄
Some people call Sudoku newspaper saver because it boosts their sales and keeps the reader audience active?(I think it’s quite right 🙊) Newspapers around the world embraced it immidiately because people like to solve Sudoku on a daily basis….
Interesting to know:
The first Sudoku World Championship was held in Italy in 2006 and is held annually in various places..
Playing Sudoku regularly have a lot of benefits like :
- boosting your concentration & focus
- preventing or easing depression
- preventing dementia & Alzheimer’s disease
It’s amazing , isn’t it ?
Sudoku’s world record was beaten three times .. The first belonged to the Belgian Vincent Bertland in 2009 – 3 minutes 6 seconds 🧭
In 2010 , Yakub Ondroshek became the new record holder – the for solving Sudoku was 1 minute 25 seconds..
I just want to say that if you don’t want to buy newspaper .. it’s fine . . if you’ve smartphones or tabs or similar types & misusing it why not try some brain games 😊? It’ll be fun & useful at a same time. You can download Sudoku app from google playstore :https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=easy.sudoku.puzzle.solver.free&hl=en_IN&gl=US
Don’t mind I think its specially really helpful for students … Just 10 minutes every day & your brain works much better . Boost logical thinking ..
Play Sudoku & enjoy ..
